Yes, Warren Buffett uses both fundamental and technical analysis on stocks. His philosophy is very clear and straightforward, buy a good, which sells a good and demand of that good is still after the ten or more years then that good or company is worth buying as it is mentioned in the book.
His ideal Benjamin Graham who is well-known fundamentalist and so he supports the technical and fundamental analysis. However, If you want to learn technical and fundamental then you can join any institute like NIFM, NSE India, ICFM, Share market Shiksha etc.
